doing weights every 2-3 days, lower calorie diet,
biking usually 12 miles /600 calories (+ high intensity = 200-300 more calories). Bridge runs 1.5-2Mi in heat very intense/high intensity sprinting.

exercising almost every single day

Fri - weights AM, 6.4 mi biking
Sat - biking 10 mi to/from Elizabeth's
Sun - bike 12 mi, beach v intense run/walk in soft sand
Mon - bridge 1.5 mi, very intense workout
Tue - weights AM, bridge 2.6 mi, intense but overtraining
Wed - 10 mi bike
Thur - 12 mi bike
Fri - weights AM, 2nd workout benchpress @ 10
177.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet Atkins   losing 0.2 lb a week
