I swear it must be a sign. Today I start racing at 2pm. I was intentionally over-doing carbs and protein all week. Yesterday, my sweetie said how 'bout a relaxing evening of TV before the big event? That means POPCORN! I didn't hold back, either.

So I closed the day at 170% of goal calories.

And weighed in down 2.7 pounds. I HOPE this does not mean I'm undernourished for the race, but everything will be known and if embarrassment is to be had, it will have been done in public, by 4am Sunday.

167.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
