Day T-1. Wow. I can see that Having to record each thing (Time consuming and tedious) will discourage me from mindless Random bites! And That those little momentary impulsive pop – in – the – Mouth bites each use up part of my Daily allowance. Also see that there really is a big difference in what exactly I put in my mouth – that bacon was killer. Also starting to admit that that new fat girl in the mirror is me, on a temporary exploration of a different body type. Exploration complete. I don't like rolls of flesh getting in my way when I sit or stretch or cross my arms or twist or make love or try to put on my clothes. Don't like not being able to wear most of my wardrobe. Don't like feeling ugly, feeling fat. Don't like my feet hurting, my body stiff, being inflexible, People noticing That I have gained a lot of weight in the past several months But not saying anything, or not sure they recognize me at first. Time to change.
