Steps- Walk-2 miles @ 4mph Slim In 6-Burn It Up-1hour Kettle Bell-Workout 1 w/ stretch and cool down-20 minutes Pilates-Lower Body-10 minutes """""""-Flexibility-10 minutes
Got up early this morning, as my friend, Chelsea was supposed to come over for coffee at 11 and I wanted to make sure that I had time to get my SI6 workout in. I was in the middle of it, when she called to say she was sick. Shingles...ouch! So I decided to try the kettle bell workout. I like it and will try to do ita t least 3 times a week.
We went this afternoon and spent 3 hours cleaning the church. Stopped at the grocery store on the way and picked up a few things for dinner. We had cheese stuffed portabellas with chicken breasts and cream mushroom sauce. It was awesome! We keep devising these new recipes, and I like it. We also had some shrimp with the mushroom sauce and a bacon-tomato salad with home made ranch dressing. Noiw we are watching a vampire movie....fun!!
Hope everyone had a fantastic Saturday and that your Sunday is even better!!
TTFN ~Stef~
Oh, and I am so sore!!! I sure am glad that tomorrow is my day of rest!!!

You are definitely getting toned and sculpted with all these routines. You'll be able to hire yourself out as an exercise instructor before too long! Good job!

You can come over and cook for me anytime Stef. The foods you prepare, I just don't have the time. Usually, I just do something quick in the microwave.
