I ended my fat fast at 2.5 days due to bowel problems. But the end result was fabulous! And worth it. Not only was I rewarded with a loss of the weight I'd gained since last weigh in but a loss overall. But I've regained my motivation to stick with this WOE. Basically if I can stick with not much more than cream cheese and not cheat then I can enjoy a life of steak and salads with cheese and Ranch dressing without feeling deprived. I got my mojo back!
266.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 116.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
