Original goal weight now reached and surpassed! Have reduced goal weight by another 3 kg which, if I can do it, will break a huge barrier for me - 70kg or 11st.
I just find my intake has reduced so drastically all around, so it seems fairly easy to maintain or lose even if I have the odd binge. Actually, had one the other night at a birthday dinner which included cheese fondue (for starters!), haggis and Christmas pudding!!! My stomach ACHED by the time I went to bed!!
To be honest I'm not exactly following the fasting to the letter. But on the chosen days I am very, very careful and mainly just eat vegetable soup. All in all, feeling so great and so happy to be here!
