Well, I finally buckled down and am following the CURVES diet guidelines. It's not easy. I fallen off on the diet track more time than I can count. Being 42 and seeing how unfit I am is such an eye opener. I finally got it into my skull that I can't eat that way any more. So it's focus time. I'm losing a little over a pound a week, not much but every little bit helps. Now if my will power holds out, I'll be able to stick with it. Fingers are crossed!
