I'm a bit saddened. I use a site to estimate how much I burn with my dvds and since I lost a few more pounds, it says I am burning a few less calories. However, I am still sweating just as much and feel as though I am getting just as much out of it. Oh well, guess I will just have to add in more exercise to make up for the calories that I no longer burn with my dvd.

Wow I never thought about that. Decreased weight = decreased calories burned. But guess in reality we probably burn more as we can not count every step nor movement that we make. Like all progrmas it estimates I suppose.

Yeah, it's just an estimate but it helps give me a rough idea of what I burn during it.
