I feel so...AWESOME today! Guess it's a combination of things and I just feel so motivated.

#1 It's Friday! YAAAAY! Weekend coming in T minus 7 hours.

#2 Ate a healthy dinner last night and it was delicious!

#3 Woke up at 5:45 am and did my circuit training workout. Pushed extra hard.

#4 Ate a delicious breakfast full of flavor. My high protein version of huevos rancheros. I wanted to add black beans but our can opener is broken. So I added cooked ground turkey instead (thank goodness for leftovers in the fridge).

#5 Fit effortlessly into some new white cropped summer pants (even had to wear a belt!), a cute blue top and my seashell necklace and bracelet. Feeling very summery and fit. Love it.

I feel like John Travolta in that Staying Alive movie where he said he "I want to strut!" Ha ha!

Feeling positive about hitting 240 in Sunday morning's weigh in. Will be my 30 pound loss mark.

Yay you and strut away - you deserve it! I found some very NSA canned black beans the other day and keep forgetting to have them - good reminder.
