Well, I haven't weighed myself in a week because we went on vacation. I've been extremely good regarding my food choices and I managed to work out every day. I still feel like I've gained and I'll find out if my prediction was right tomorrow morning...yikes ;-)

1380 kcal Fat: 77.27g | Prot: 117.85g | Carb: 67.81g.   Breakfast: milk, peanuts, oats, flax seed, gold standard 100% whey extreme, creamy peanut butter great value. Lunch: creamy peanut butter great value, gold standard 100% whey extreme, flax seed, oats, peanuts, milk, Beef Sausage Snack Sticks. Dinner: Canned Tuna in Water, Lettuce, Onions, Fresh Mozzarella, Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks. Snacks/Other: creamy peanut butter great value, gold standard 100% whey extreme, milk, peanuts, oats, flax seed. more...

Thank you, Petuniak! I still can't believe it...I was paranoid the whole time. I insisted on taking the scale with us (yes, it's that bad) but then my son "forgot" to put it in the car. When we got to the hotel, I immediately asked where it was and "bam"...there was no scale. So all week, I was super scared to gain a lot but I certainly didn't expect to lose. I know I'll be back up a couple of pounds shortly but if I can stay below 175lbs, I'm happy (for now)!
