I opted for fattening ground beef with cheese, salsa, and taco seasoning for dinner last night instead of leftover rotisserie chicken. That's probably why the scale didn't budge this morning :\ I need coffee.

I usually eat whatever the family has, and last night it was pizza, so I feel your pain. Today is another opportunity to do better. :)

That's exactly what I have been struggling with too. Whatever the family makes I feel obligated to eat it... even if I already ate something else and I'm not hungry. Today it's chicken for dinner - only because I have to eat it or it will go bad and become dog food. lol

Sounds delicious! It's probably the sodium from the seasoning that got ya. I had pizza last night too! But it was home-made; Flat Out light flatbread, sauce, shredded cheeses, pepp, and sausage. MM hmmmmmmm.

Try it with the flatbread. It's not so bad! I'm inclined to say it's under 30g of net carbos!

I just wish it didn't have wheat... it looks like there are wheatless alternatives in flatbread - but none of the small town stores where I live carry them... I will have to find them at the Whole Foods Stores in the cities when I go back to pick up my daughter. Or make them with cauliflower pizza crust... or just suck it up and eat wheat one time.

It's super easy and delish! The secret is to mix parmesian cheese into the cauliflower crust... Im going to mix in some Italian herbs and spices this time... Chicken Bacon Ranch homemade pizza tonight... YUMMMM!
