After all the visitor have left I have to get back on track all this culinary effort whilsttrying to impress others does not lead to good things. I am setting myself a new deadline for losing allthe weight and I will finally get into te routine of working out!
198.4 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
