Hmm, yesterday was OK, -I was feeling 'up' I ate well and did the ironing YAY. Then the fish I had taken out of the freezer hadn't defrosted, despite the hot weather, I began to feel irritable (blood sugars maybe) and instead of applying myself to cooking something sensible, I grabbed a small pizza from freezer (husband bought and now all gone so I cant do THAT again). Anyway, back on track today and weight down a little too.
213.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi...I want to ask if you Atkins Diet incorporates fresh fruit, like watermelon, pineapple, apples, pears?..cause they are great snacks and fibre and they are great substitutes for meals, infact you can eat a whole meal of these fruits cut up with some cheese or nuts and yogurt. Your success is keeping you motivated. I have stayed on a small plateau. I had to cook for a dinner party on Saturday and it was greek food, with spanakopitas, moussaka, rack of lamb, chicken, dolmades...all these foods are great, but I have been on plant based foods now, and although I enjoyed cooking these, I felt stuffed and awful the next day...back on track this week. Back to daily fitness routine. I have been doing cardio machines at the gym. It's getting easier. Thanks for reading and for your time my friend.
