Hi...I want to ask if you Atkins Diet incorporates fresh fruit, like watermelon, pineapple, apples, pears?..cause they are great snacks and fibre and they are great substitutes for meals, infact you can eat a whole meal of these fruits cut up with some cheese or nuts and yogurt. Your success is keeping you motivated.
I have stayed on a small plateau. I had to cook for a dinner party on Saturday and it was greek food, with spanakopitas, moussaka, rack of lamb, chicken, dolmades...all these foods are great, but I have been on plant based foods now, and although I enjoyed cooking these, I felt stuffed and awful the next day...back on track this week. Back to daily fitness routine. I have been doing cardio machines at the gym. It's getting easier.
