I have given up all wheat products, cookies, bread, cereals, crackers, etc. I eat only oatmeal for breakfast and use rice cakes instead of cookies or crackers. It seems to be helping me lose.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
