Hoping to get downstairs to exercise today. If not, then tomorrow definitely. Want to spend some time today on finding new exercises. Need to change my routine and types of exercises.

Having difficulty with my appetite. Hungry. Which is unusual for me. I've been a starvin' Marvin since Monday and doing my best to maintain my diet (with the exception of eating carry out for 2 days). Wonder if it's because I've not exercised?

Hey, girl, have a great Fourth! I woke up SUPER hungry this morning, so I just listened to my body and gave in to that. Didn't grab anything off-plan, just added some extra calories for today. There's no WAY I'm going to balance it out by eating less later...the Fourth is one of my favorite holidays and hubby is a BBQing GOD! LOL Sometimes ya just gotta eat...and hey, you're doing your best and not going crazy with it so that's a GOOD thing!

Today is obviously going to be a "fat" day. Will keep within my calorie range, but looking at my menu shows I'm going nuts for the fatty foods. Now to decide what to have for dindin. Hope you're having a wonderful fourth. I did our hotdogs on the grill. Hubby can't tolerate the heat, so cooking outside at this time of the years falls to me. Enjoy your cookout!!!
