My eating has been a little off. I'm going to focus on getting it back on track. Last night the trainer wanted to do a spinning class. I only did it for 30 min (it was & hour class) and my legs felt like spaghetti afterwards. I have NO desire to do that again. It's not something that interests me & being stuck in a room with stinky, sweaty people repulses me. The smell was so bad in there I was gagging. No thank you! I enjoy working out but if I am expected to do disgusting things like that again I will give up. I have an unnatural aversion to sweaty people so being at the gym is hard enough. Being stuck in a room with 20+ sweaty people is almost unbearable. Thankfully they were all stuck to their bikes & didn't risk touching me, otherwise I would have lost it for sure.

I love spinning. I love the feeling of pushing myself hard and getting those shaky legs. Isn't it funny how one person can love something and another hate it. Yea, don't like the stinky people, but I focus on myself and how good I feel afterward.

Why do they always have to seal the room too? Everyone is sweaty and hot, a little air flow probably isn't a bad thing. :) At least you tried it, and now you can check it off the list as something you don't enjoy. At the YMCA I used to go to they had the bike with a screen and you could choose the trail you wanted and the bike would change resistance and things according to the trail, and you could watch it on the screen. Those were in with the treadmills so it wasn't so shut in and smelly. You should be proud of yourself for at least trying it.
