Feel I had too many calories yesterday, so not sure what weigh day on Monday will look like. A loss of anything will do, then next week I am going to try and use the treadmill a bit more. 3 months till my holiday and approx 11 lb still to lose. I'm am determined to do it !! Just need to exercise a bit more.

Thank you. Weight loss normally slows down when you get nearer goal and I don't want it to. I am still positive, just not patient !! :-)
