I may have messed up today, because yesterday I went by the Simeon's protocol exactly, including having some cream in my coffee and skipping breakfast. Then was going to do the same thing, but changed my mind mid-morning and went to Dr. Kristy's protocol because of her mentioning my leptin resistance as a reason not to skip breakfast. So I ended up having a mid-morning protein shake, followed by an early lunch without psyllium. Here's hoping I don't put back on the two lbs I lost yesterday! :(

I only have about four injections left, so I'm thinking I'll just alternate between the two protocols, which means it's back to Simeon's tomorrow.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
