I'm nervous. We've been eating out a lot this week and even though I've tried to make the right choices (most of the time) there are so many hidden carbs and sugars in restaurant food. However, I'm supposed to get news today about my 6 month raise and if it comes in we may go out again to celebrate!
Daughter leaves Sunday for a week of girl scout camp. So excited for her but nervous/sad she'll be away from me for so long on her own (but with her bestie)

I'm trying. But I need to do better.

It makes me nervous too! I ate out for the first time in this induction on Saturday night...got a chef salad, usually a perfect choice, but it had pit cooked ham in it which was super tasty but I bet had tons of sugar! Hope you are doing ok this week, I am sure your daughter is having fun but it's hard on mom! Have a good day!
