An hour of weights this morning (shoulders and abs) and then two hours of Turbo Kick/Zumba/Hip Hop abs today (fundraiser for some friends who are running the St. Jude half marathon). It was a crazy workout, but a ton of fun. Since I don't zumba anymore and didn't know the moves, I was out there dancing around and acting a fool, but it was fun! :)
