I haven't had any bread, pasta, refined sugar or soda since Monday morning. I think I'm doing pretty well. We'll see what happens.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No soda....... If only I could go one day without.......I have one can a day. That is way down .....good for you

Soda doesn't seem to be posing me any problems but I'm only into my 3rd full day. I'm sure it will get harder. I'm not a big Soda drinker though.

How are you feeling? You really aren't a big soda drinker, so I didn't think that would cause you any problem at all. It may or may not get harder, I don't think you're a big fan of bread either, possibly sugar might get more difficult, however, once you cut sugar for a week you really start to lose the urge to have it. You're doing great hon!

I'm dragging serious ass today. Exhausted, fuzzy headed, can't keep my thoughts straight. All I want is sleep. We had City Bites for lunch today and the sandwiches come with a cookie and chips. I took the bread and cheese off the sandwich and gave away the cookie and chips. So I had the meat, lettuce, olives, tomato and pickle and I took a little mayo (miracle whip) for taste. It was delicious.
