Hi there...Just get some physical exercise, like walking FULL PACE, arms swinging and singing a song!!! Enjoy your weekend, BUT once your plate is full, DO NOT GO FOR SECONDS. I know the feeling, I bought some baked little mango strudel and I bought some ice-cream for our cheat. But I have to not eat it all at once. Take care, Demetra
