The scale at the gym says I'm down two pounds, even after eating horribly the last two days! Woohoo!

Got up and did some weights this morning. It's an accomplishment since I had to leave the bf and pups cuddled up in bed- working opposite shifts we don't often hang out in the morning.

Looking forward to feeling more fit and energetic, it'll be worth it. :) Happy Wednesday.

Today's workout: 20-15-12, going up one weight each set, chest and back.

Good for you!! You must be doing something right. You're right when you're feeling more energetic, you're time away at the gym will be worth it.
