I've been having back and leg pain since late April. Cut back on the weight training because I was afraid of causing damage. Last Thursday had xray and MRI and determined that I have Scoliosis(news to me) and problems with bones impacting nerves - so that's the cause of the pain which makes it difficult to walk, stand, sit, lay or anything else. At least for now I can ride my bike pain free. Also was cleared to do dumbbell weights.

140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
