ate movie popcorn, cliff bars, and vegan ice cream but didn't go up. I'll take it. I did some kettlebell work to try and burn dune fat before bed. maybe out helped?
203.8 lb Lost so far: 66.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
