I'm slowing down lol. But I try to remember it has nothing to do with how I look but about how I feel.

I noticed that I had a definitive point where the amount I would lose each week or each month started to get smaller and smaller. It had nothing to do with what I ate sometimes because it didn't change. I think as we get smaller, we have to work harder to lose the more stubborn fat.

Ya I was thinking that exact thing. Once I hit 185 thats when it became more of a struggle. I bounce up and down so much. I guess though I only have another 20lbs until I'm in my healthy weight range so its my body's way of telling me I'm almost done. Also the smaller you get the more noticable each pound becomes. I use to lose 5lbs in a week and see no change, now I lose 2 and go WOW!

It's amazing how much of a change it makes isn't it? Physical differences aside,I noticed even my mood has been different now that I have lost some.
