To me, this number on the scale today is not a real number...so I'll wait and see where it goes!! I'm hoping I can stay strong!

Lost so far: 6.0 lb.
Still to go: 7.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

ugh...not so great! just had our last ice cream social for today and i tried three ice creams. ok, i tasted in moderation but still -- 3 ice creams??? really!! an old pair of size 8 pre-baby pants fit this morning, but are now ready to burst!

No worries. Drink lots of water and exercise this week. You'll be back on track before no time. Take it day by day. No one's perfect! =)
