Have to keep it together today...it's hubbie's b-day and we are having dinner out and we have our last luncheon at work today. Must go easy or I'll be paying for it later!
133.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
