I am feeling like I am not getting the results I got last year on May 1 diet. Looked back at diet calendar for last year and sure enough - I was working harder. I am currently averaging 1500 calories a day and 3000 in exercise. Last year I was averaging 1300 calories a day and 3300 in exercise. That is a difference of 500 calories a day or about a pound a week. So eat a little less and work out a little more. It is all calories in - energy out.
