OMG...WHAT THE HELL DID I DO????? This past school year took its toll on me so I guess I took it out on myself by eating....50 pounds worth of fat! I am so sick and pissed off at myself right now!!!! How dare I do that!!!!

Time to get back on track....I am so sad!
243.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.


Please don't be so hard on yourself, we've all been there. You know your triggers for emotional eating (stress). Eliminate the stress. Walking every day works for me, especially now that the weather is nice. Ask yourself if you are actually hungry before you put anything in your mouth. Drink lots of water. Most importantly, tell yourself that YOU are in control of your body, not the other way around. And come here for support. Best wishes to you.

Thank you so much! After yesterday's melt-down I decided to take back that control. I did go for a 1 mile walk...will change that to at least 30 minutes. I also ate sensibly and grabbed water between meals when I thought I was hungry. I will def be back here often like I used to because I know I need the support!
