Today I'm staying on track because I don't want to have to pull my shirts down over my belly fat anymore. Every day I am thinking of a new reason to stay on track. I think it will help motivate me.
208.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
