I made mascarpone cheese yesterday, and sweetened it after the whey was strained out. It's really, really good. Decadent. Amazing. And I have six cups of it. That would cost, what, about five million dollars at the grocery store? Hahaha. Yum.

No Weigh May continues to go well. I can tell things are changing. I honestly can't imagine wanting to eat any other way than I am right now. Please join us on /r/keto!
