Ok, so just back from 8 days in Italy. I fear that this 2kg gain will not be ALL the damage that's been done, but hey - it was worth it! Trying to do a fast day today, but have just had a glass of wine so that's blown it. Easy does it, will be back on track soon!
170.4 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
