Well yesterday I thought I was doing well then by the evening I had that uncontrollable urge again which AGAIN I could not resist and I just ate far more than I should have, I did not record the amount of extra snacks I had as I was too ashamed to do so :( I must try to think of something to do with myself to help me pull away from this temptation, I was really doing well but this has now happened twice and I am very disappointed with myself. Now just to add to this a friend who I rarely see has invited me to join her and others for lunch today and I know it is home made quiche, so if I get details of the ingredients and do NOT eat the pastry I feel that I may, just may be OK, well here's hoping and I also hope she will not be offended too. The other thing I may not be able to do today is get my walk/jog in. It really does seem that life is against me at the moment as I have another luncheon next week and this is a 3 course meal wine coffee ect at a restaurant, I really cannot say No to this as this is an expat network group. I think I might need some extra help and support over the next 2 weeks Oh well lets put it behind me and try to work harder . Now I sound like my old school reports :) Watch this space.

Well do you think when you are doing the walk/ job combo, you need a bit extra in the calories since you may be expending more with the jogging component?

Hmm Sally that may be something to consider, exercise is causing cravings! I thought with my carbs being most days more than 50% this would sufficient re the exercise But I think for now I will try not to fret too much and maybe try to eat my maximum calories, which is not always easy for me as it is usually under or over lol Thanks for the support Sally. Well I started walking yesterday again. I was more discouraged with that lack of weight loss recently than I realized. I did not walk for 2 days. Well I decided to cut some things out of my diet and I feel more hopeful. I think you have a good plan going. It is good to do everything you know as you said, then change something if it is still not working. How many calories are you trying to do?

I try to go for 1200 calories a day but I have not been walking/jogging for the last couple of days no excuse really, I also have a lunch next week and a friend is visiting me next week. I will need all my wheel power. Speak soon. :) Mo

Hello Sally - Sorry Sally I have been "Off the wagon" so to speak. I have been out for lunch on several occasions, tried really hard to stick to my calories It seems that if I eat out at mid day I get the munchies in the evening, again not on unhealthy food but just too much healthy stuff, I loose track of what I have eaten, I dont have the motivation to walk never mind jog :) I also have a visitor here for 10 days and although I still eat healthily I am not coping well with my house guest. Well I think that is enough negativity for one day. I am really trying to get back to where I was and I know once life gets back to my normal routine all will be fine once again Thank you for your message it has really helped :) I hope all is well with you too and you yourself have managed to keep healthy Were you not increasing your exercise too? Will defo catch upwith you again Thanks again Mo

ok. You will be back on track for sure. I get that whole thing for sure. My blood pressure seems to be an issue lately, but it could be nothing. Getting it checked Mon. am so that is why I have not been exercising. I cut my calories. I was off track when my guest was here some for 9 days. Guest ate poorly a lot. I forgot that I used to be that way. When on vacations or on holidays I would be eating more junk. I look forward to catching up with you. Don't want to bug you though. Talk soon:) Sally

Sally you are not bugging me it just gives me a kick when I hear from you :) A well needed one I might just add. Does the blood pressure give you a dizzy feeling? and is it anything to do with what you are eating? Hope you get it sorted on Monday :) I will probably get back to the norm once my house guest has gone hopefully the weather will be back to good too by then.
