You are doing amazing :) its all one day at a time, and I enjoy seeing how you are working on one change after another. The scale is a toughy. I hate how easy it is for it to alter my mood and how much I'm achieving. Keep up the great work hun!!

Shae - exactly, that's why I'm trying to avoid it as much as possible so I can avoid the little ups and downs and just see the big picture. :)
