Not so good this week cannot jog so will keep trying to alternate between jogging and walking
150.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

:) yes But I think that was due to the week b4 cos I did binge a bit and I also had 4 small squares of dark chocolate, so that may well effect my next weigh in Ah well will get back on the healthy eating treadmill & fingers crossed :) Mo
