have been working out 4-5 days a week since Nov 12 to maintain and keep tone..mainly been working out with the daily hiit then found zuzkalight.com and love it!!!!! I am so close to having the abs ive always wanted my whole body is transforming with her workouts and the best part is they are short but high intensity which I love! I never get bored. I have started taking hyper shred and do fast I really like it..I'm on day 3 of taking it and it gives me great energy for my workout plus curbs my appetite and I don't crash. I should note my weight was back up to 118 in nov. And I started stacking several aminos for about a month glutamine, arginine, carnitine, forskohlii, and that's when I've finally noticed inches coming off my midsection.And weight dropped to 113. I would keep it up but I desperately need something for energy. And frankly I can't afford to take that plus a thermogenic. I'm determined to kick up my workout a bit and get the last stubborn fat off my belly!
113.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
