Yesterday was a horrible eating day. I have been fluctuating up and down all week and decided to give up for 1 day and eat whatever I wanted and not exercise. Well I paid the price for it, the scale shows a gain today.....I'm so frustraged I think I have hit a platue.....I am going to start adding in squats, planks, and floor exericeses to see if I can see a difference in how I look and how my clothese fit.
