ugh! Up again. Walked last night but just kept snacking. Nothing would curb my appetite! Clearly, I binged and there's just no room for that kind of weakness. I ate nearly 2 and 1/2 days of points and wasted them on crap. I'm starting to feel discouraged and that I am not in control of my choices. I really need to stay focused. Daugther's 1-year b-day is only a month away and I'm not making progress! I am my own worst enemy.

Okay...starting a new day today.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
