I am so disappointed in not surprised. I had a really great weekend, but my streak of indulging without gain has come to a screeching halt. Up 2 pounds! What???? Hmmm, could it have been the extra slices of pizza I ate? What about the mojito? Or the broiled Italian bread smothered with creamy butter? As I said, not surprised but I only hurt myself and ended up with a tummy ache and gas pains! Ugh! I really didn't notice how little bread I was eating before the weekend, and overdoing it on the carbs really affected my system! So, back on track today and hoping the weight gain is temporary. Treadmill getting fixed today so perhaps exercising again will be as convenient as heading down to my basement! Keeping my fingers crossed...
135.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it. Do some squats and lunges and walk/run if treadmill is still broken. I had a similar Friday night. No worries. You'll get back on track. Seize the day!
