I slipped for my last meal today - and haven't done any exercise either!

Couple two assessments today [one of which went really badly] with two assessments tomorrow [one of which dictating whether I pass the module or not] means a stressful day.

I have so much revision to do tonight, which probably means a late night :/ so overall, not a healthy day. But! my hula hoop did arrive today and hopefully my skipping rope will arrive tomorrow (: I will get back on track tomorrow! I won't let this bad day make a bad week! x

Thanks (: I think I'll concentrate on my exams for the next month until they're over, while doing a little exercise to break up the revision. Afterwards when I'm home I'll go all out with the exercise and hopefully do well lol x
