Down a bit more...but it's impossible. I ate way too much fat yesterday and even had a little movie popcorn. Still thinking the scale is off. I just have to wait an see. I feel so positive and I feel like my goal might be realistic, even possible in time!
133.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
