Ooooooh. Well I've lost the 3 lb that I put on last week plus a bit more !!!! 4.5 lb off this week. Not sure how I lost that much, last week must just have been water gain or something? Really pleased with this weigh in. Yeeeees.

Oh and my ticker has finally gone from red to orange!

Because this is a big loss for me I will be happy to stay the same or just lose a tiny bit next week.

Looking forward to the treadmill tonight.

Well done! Just shows that 3lb last week was a blip, not 'real' weight put on, like my 6, phew for us both!
