So discouraged with my weight again..... this is the story of my life such a roller coaster of a ride with my weight :(

Losing weight is a mental game. I always thought you had to get motivated, but I read something on another board that made me think. They said you don't need "motivation", you need "determination." I have always tried to find the motivation through many avenues. So I decided that I was just going to do it. If I messed up, I would keep going. The scale is finally headed downward. I'm just determined to this because I don't want to be overweight any more. So give yourself a good kick in the bum and get moving. Summer is coming. Get outside and get busy. I shall start the induction phase of the Atkins diet once again today, it is the only diet I have attempted that really sheds the pounds, the problem is sticking with it over the long haul it really is a different way of living that you need to commit too. I will check out some of the websites you offered up Suzi.... consider my bum kicked :)
