Went to the Nutritionist for the first time yesterday. Diet revamped. More calories during the whole week. If I follow the plan I should lose 1 pound a week, which is better than what I have been doing. Not sure on all the wheat on the diet. It does bloat me. i mentioned this, but unless I was tested for a food sensitivity it should be ok on my diet?? So I sit here bloated after breakfast and not happy. I have to check into other whole grained breads soon. She said whole brown rice cakes would not be good at the breakfast meal. It looks like the protein is a good 10 mg higher. I will see how it goes.

Would they not test you for intolerance? It would mean going right back to barely nothing and o remove wheat is not actually that easy it surprises me where you find it. If I was you I would just cut down on the wheat and try to avoid the bread, but good luck with the new diet I am sure they will tweak it about to fit you personally, wait to see how you get on, Im here most days if you need to chat :)
