So I ate more food than I'm use to yesterday... And my weight was back down today to 161? After breakfast? Confusing.

Sometimes we don't eat enough and our body thinks it's not going to get more fuel to survive so hangs on to what it can. Often eating less can cause a stall so be careful, you need food for energy and to make your body function at it's best. Maybe your body needs a few more calories to work better and actually lose more.

I've started eating normal for about three days to get my body on track.. It is all outta wack lol! Now to get back in gear and on diet..
