OK I am not losing again.
I've been ok foodwise but I haven't been able to exercise these last days. My legs were really sore and I've been generally not in the mood. Plus my period is not helping to motivate me to climb on the elliptical and the weather is not good either.
Today I'm starting to exercise again and it feels actually good.
Husband wants to go for a walk later, but I'm not sure if he'll be able to finish his work day before it's cold again.
The good thing: no drinking this week-end since we have no social even at all. Yay.
And if the weather is nice I would love to go on the seashore for a walk.
And I'm sure part of the not losing is period water weight, or at least I hope so.
