I'll take a slight loss over a gain any day. I just wish this whole process didn't take so long. I'm impatient and that has always been my downfall to everything. I recently saw a very inspiring quote that I really relate to - "Don't give up on your dreams because of the time it will take to achieve them. The time will pass anyway." If only I had seen it that way years ago when I first started. Perhaps I would have stayed more focused. Oh well. I only have today & so far today has been good :)
177.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
