I got on the scale this morning and proceeded to have a momentary freakout because, for the first time in about six years, I'm in the 2-teens. Yes, since January of this year I've dropped from almost 250lbs to 218lbs. I'm stunned and elated and so motivated I can hardly stand it.

Yes, it's still an unhealthily high number to be weighing, but it's soooo much better than it was. And I've done it all on diet alone.

Now I think it's time to add some exercising to the equation and tone up. Fingers crossed for continued results!
