One week of accurately recording what I ate, even the bad and keeping more or less in my calorie range and walking every day, twice on nice days actually works. Lost those few pound that I picked up over the winter.

Still struggling a bit with that vending machine at work but one day it actually helped me. Had my bag of Cheetos and it made me feel so sick that I didn't eat much for the rest of the day. Reminds me of the chocolate cake diet I tried in my 20's. I would have a big slice of chocloate cake for breakfast and it would make me feel so sick that I wouldn't eat much for the rest of the day. Probable not the healthiest diet.
253.6 lb Lost so far: 86.4 lb.    Still to go: 73.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

probably not LOL Good for you for getting going again. You have lost an incredible amount. Good for you! I have been doing terribly. I need to get motivated again. Blew it at Easter and once I activate that sweet tooth it is so hard to get back on track. All the best. Keep on keeping on. :)

haha, chocolate cake diet I hadn't heard of that one. You are doing really great! Wish they would put good stuff in that vending machine. When i really need something, I get the animal crackers, they have the least bad in them.
